That being said, regarding "warning commishes" ...most of us know. You're right, some do not. I think it's a good idea maybe for one person to calmly point out his past, and link to a thread, but there's no need to get your blood pressure all up and hijack the thread. 
Depending on how you define second chance, he's never really gotten one (many aliases on the board... he's TRIED, but never had one.) I don't think he should until he admits what he's done and takes responsibility for it, but if that happens I think as long as he's monitored, someone should give him a shot.

I have already stated before that some things were done that were considered cheating, but I have not once edited players on my team. There were things I did that is considered cheating, and I kinda knew this but kinda didn't at that time. The things I did do that were called cheating by you guys was the simming the world series three times(as which was done so that i didnt win the world series).
Now I can explain for that being done:
I have never in my own leagues wanted to win the world series, I of course would love to win a world series in someone elses league, as no claims of cheating would come up, but in my league's, I dont wanna win the ws, I want to make a dynasty and get some great players and years, thats all.
Other things that i did, atleats in my old league, not in RealBeisbol, were editing ASSORTED players in the league; NOT MY teams. I hate the aging factor in OOTP5, and some of the players were edited to get them back to where I felt they should have stayed at before they dropped due to age.
Also, some might state that my ratings on my team are overly high, but I edited nearly every player in the league, everyones ratings are higher then in most leagues. I also feel that in my league the stats are much more realistic then in others because of the editing I did.
I hope this can allow me to be able to gain some acceptance back into leagues. I dont by a far shot expect everyone to accept me back in the community, but do expect some of you to.
