This may be too much for OOTP4, but it would also be nice to see incentive contracts. A player doesn't do well for you and you don't have to pay him as much. He has an MVP year and he gets paid accordingly. Then we have cases where a player's incentive is plate appearances and the ogre GM has him sit out the last month of the season so he doesn't go over. (I think this happened to R. Cedeno last year)
