If you don't fill the Minors, you run the risk of having little to no positions like P.
I did a fantasy League and drafted 50 rounds. I went to my transactions page and moved all the players around to reflect the arrows and wound up with ONE starting pitcher. Ouch! The other P's aren't ready to be moved up, so the only way to fill the rosters is with an Auto-Fill.
If the players were color coded, there would be no issue with Auto-Fill. Just do it, and dump any junk players that are created.
