Well, it's not really a problem.

My best and most favorite player got a hit in game 125....and every single game after that.

Ended up with 37 consecutive for the year.

And was reset to zero at the start of the next year.

It needs to...for the lack of a better term, "wrap-around" to the next year.

Wouldn't be hard to program, it already keeps track of streaks....just add a line that indicates season-ended hitting streak.
