I never had your kind of success with aging, but I've get to 40 almost every time I play out an entire career.

My Pitcher now is 42(tied for my oldest I think), but I'm going to retire him. He just started a rapid ratings loss and I don't feel like continuing him and keeping up with the books.

I also don't know what the people are saying about drops in the mid thirties. 32-37 are usually my prime years.

On February 28, 1991, Don Mattingly was named the tenth captain in team history. He was an All-Star 6 times. He won nine Gold Glove awards from 1982-1995. He was AL batting champ in 1984 and MVP in 1985.
