I've been getting that one too...
For me its been in a historic replay...in which I do change the teams names when they relocate...change the abbreviations for the DB importing, as well as team nicknames and stadiums....

Luckily I winzip the end of year .lg file each season as well as zipping up the history files (all of them) after each successful completion of the utility generating the HTML's....

I'll look for that and post to see if that is what it was. Its always the smallest things ya never think of....lol
