Cincinnati Red Legs

The Red Legs are a strong club lead by first overall pick Levi Meyerle. "Long Levi" is one of many stars who should lead the Red Legs to a winning season.

New York Nationals

The Nationals of New York are anything but a sure thing. While most cranks have them for a losing year, we say not so. While their roster may not have a lot of stars, we think that with good contribution from everyone they will suprise. Pitcher Rynie Wolters is the team's big star.

Brooklyn Atlantics

This club is a pitchers nightmare! The Atlantics picked up many a skilled batsman in the draft. Yet, like several AL teams, their season may ride on the pitching staff. Dick McBride and 19 year old Bobby Mathews could make or break the Atlantic's year.

Buffalo Bison

As the draft unfolded base ball men in all parts wondered what the Bison were thinking when they selected four rightfielders. Perhaps they should have focused on distributing the talent more evenly.
