Also there are financial implications. If you do that, and over the course of the season, you net your starters say, 20 extra wins, boosting them each 4 wins, then they'll each demand more when their contract is up, costing you more money. Plus the RP's could get disappointed and angry.

I'd say, end of the season, to hit a milestone, might be ok, but throughout the whole season, I'd say it's a bad idea overall.
