I don't think any of us want Markus to 'sell out'. Hopefully he has seen what has happened to some other sucessful independent games after they were picked up by a major publisher (read: FOF). I think that exposure would be good for the game though, and I'm sure Markus would appreciate the increased sales.
I look at it as a way to insure that the OOTP franchise remains independent. If the game was suffering sales wise, maybe then the only alternative would be to hook on with a company that can afford marketing and such. But, if sales are good due to some exposure by a gaming mag/site, then why 'sell out'?
