If the makers of this game are descriminatory as you say then the makers of every other professional sports team game on the market is as well. Madden 2004, NBA 2004, Fifa 2004, High Heat Baseball and hundreds more. Don't blame the game makers for reflecting the real world. There is no reason to try to make this a political thing by claiming descrimination because a game doesn't allow you to have female players.
