Just be aware that with Pierre's draft utility (I love it and use it during my on-line league's live draft) you will need to undo changes from one round to another.

What I mean by this is that if you change a pick in the 2nd round from one team to another, all of the subsequent rounds now will have the same change made to them. You will need to run the utility again and change back to the correct order for later rounds.
