I know that I'm going to sound really stupid here, and all you highly experienced computerers are going to look down and laugh at me, but I have a few questions about the Lahman Database.

First of all, will it allow me to have the most up to date rosters with the most up to date stats?

Secondly, how do I use it? How do I import it into OOTP and play with it?
