Intangibles
Question:
Looking over my current team, I took note of the fact that pretty much none of my players had a reasonable "Team Leader Ability" rating. While I imagine that this figure is likely random, I wonder what affect, if any, folks have noticed around it in game play? The manual states that it is "the ability to 'bring out the best' in other players on the team." Have others noticed it to be true? If so, how much of a shift is evident? Is it an all-around effect, or does it only affect one category (offensive, defensive, pitching, etc)?
Any thoughts?
