I'm a finess pitcher. Stuff maxed out at 50, control is 78 (80) Velocity was maxed out at 50 but now it's at 51 (60) after a talent rating increase. Poise maxed at 50. I'd like to have a stuff rating increase. Should I be throwing a lot of pitching sessions or should I be working out? Should I be doing upper body or lower body stuff? Also, why are people setting the workout schedual so their engry level is around 60 or 70? Shouldn't you work out as much as you can such that your performance doesn't suffer? (in other words, an energy rating around 40)? Oh by the way, I'm 22 if that matters
