While we're on the subject, has anyone ever seen any talent increases to Eye? Also, has anyone seen an increase to their talent rating beyond 100? I ask because OOTP5 seems to allow for this but beyond one poster stating that his stealing stat increased beyond 100 (possibly by reading a book - the post wasn't too clear), I haven't read of any such occurrence.
