I agree with the fac that the max talent ratings need to change during the game. I started out on the normal level as a high school kid by the time I was 22 I was at my max level of 60 contact, 90 Power, 40 Eye, 40 gap. It woule be nice to see these levels go up as well as down during your career.

For instance say you have a back injury early in your career. It would be nice to see you talent level for power drop but know that if you work hard on some other area(reading books, workouts, etc.) you may be able to work yourself back to the top as a contact base hitter with a great eye.

Right now I am a 30 year old power hitter who has had the same ratings since I was 22. I don't think you would see this in "real life"
