The math hardly ever works in PT because it's designed to encourage spending. Get ahead, fall behind, spend a little cash. The trick from their perspective is to keep the vast majority a few inches, but only a few inches, short of the end of the measuring stick. Added to this is the tiered league system, which adds more measuring sticks. Can't compete with the whales? Here's a Gold or Silver or Bronze trophy for you.
Meanwhile, RNG says I win another Daily Silver last night without Bankhead or Clemens. To add RNG insult to RNG lack of injury, my top pitcher in that tourney is Clubhouse Bartolo Colon and not either of my two Level 5 Variants. As Hawk Harrelson used to say: "You can put it on the booaarrdd...yes!!!"
