In my original post regarding this league, which preceded the devs' response, the figures were as follows:
- 80: 22 players (5.1%)
- 75: 10 players (2.3%)
- 70: 11 players (2.5%)
- 65: 16 players (3.7%)
- 60: 22 players (5.1%)
- 55: 15 players (3.5%)
- 50: 28 players (6.5%)
- 45: 44 players (10.2%)
- 40: 78 players (18.1%)
- 35: 106 players (24.5%)
- 30: 68 players (15.7%)
- 25: 14 players (3.2%)
- 20: 0 players (0.0%)
Mean: 44; Mode: 35; SD 14.35.
The new Draft pool has just been released. This one contains 240 players broken down as follows:
- 80: 17 players (7.1%)
- 75: 3 players (1.3%)
- 70: 5 players (2.1%)
- 65: 8 players (3.3%)
- 60: 1 player (0.4%)
- 55: 10 players (4.2%)
- 50: 13 players (5.4%)
- 45: 18 players (7.5%)
- 40: 42 players (17.5%)
- 35: 61 players (25.4%)
- 30: 37 players (15.4%)
- 25: 25 players (10.4%)
Mean: 42; Mode: 35; SD 15.11.
Even before getting those figures calculated, it looked more sensible and the figures bear that out to some degree. I can't see how anyone would look at that spread and think it is boring. So, my thanks to the devs, although I still believe there are too many 80s by about half. Again, this could have something to do with the single sample. I'll keep tracking it for a few more Drafts.
To complete the like for like, I have again attached the 65 thru 80 group, with the entire CSV also available below.

Those prospects are like insanely developed lol. They’re coming into the league at a 65 overall??
