I generally let the computer handle my minor league teams, but I've noticed by June of my current season my AA and A teams are only have 17 players. Also, my AAA team doesn't have any of the pitchers in the Starting pitcher spots.

Is there a setting to make sure the AI fills the minor league rosters?
