to be transparent, I didn't realize that I had posted in the OOTP27 forum until after the first response. I am currently using OOTP26, but will be switching to 27 soon. I wanted to test out some settings first while I wait for my online leagues to switch to the new version.
That being said, to answer your questions Lansdowne:
I noticed it with the first draft class. I ran multiple test league startups but have not progressed the tests further than that first offseason.
The settings shown in my previously attached pic were exactly what was set in the Wizard, regarding dev engine vs recalc.
Scouting is turned on, set to High.
as far as hitting the rescout button, do you mean after the draft class is revealed, or at file creation?
I just loaded in a new file using this template, to attempt another test. I simmed forward to draft class reveal date and now a new issue has arose. the draft class is 0 players in it... I'm so confused as to why this happened.
