Interesting. I've never had players come in at fully realized potential values in an RD. I'll have to try to replicate it. Was it the first draft class or multiple ones? Was development engine (vs recalc) chosen in the Wizard or changed later? Is Scouting on? Does hitting the rescout everyone button (near where scouting gets turned on/off in Game Settings) change anything?
Pick a player or two and put up their draft class screenshot b/c if they are coming in that way, it's a bug.
