I’m not 100% sure what the (I hate to use the word) “problem” is.
I’m positive I’m somehow involved though obviously lol.
But, to my knowledge, none of your proposals are it.
I’m solely in charge of any roster moves and my owner is the hands off type. I even checked to see when players become eligible for Rule V draft and it’s as usual.

I’m kinda perplexed to be frank. Thanks for the advice and thoughts my friend.
