There are a couple of other ones:
Sometimes players will skid on one leg either down the first base line after a walk or in the outfield while chasing a fly ball.
Usually the only time the catcher will throw the ball back to the pitcher after a strikeout is when there are runners on base. Let's see an around-the-horn with nobody out. Same for outs at first base -- have it around when there's no one on base. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
I also wonder if we'll ever see umpires. When the PxP text mentions someone upset at a call, who is he angry with?
