I'd have expected Dr Doom to push out his odb tool by now but he has not been on-line since Xmas.
It would functionally be the same since I updated OOTP26's version a few months ago. Make sure you have the latest download (same link, I just swap in updated files) or, if on Steam, download and reinstall it by going to the Workshop Central on the Main OOTP Title Screen and clicking download again/reinstall. That extra step will ensure, if looking to start a game, it will begin with the latest and greatest.
