Thanks Will! So it's possible I messed up something in the settings because after it changed my custom playoff structure at the end of season 2 back to a standard structure, I restarted the league. When I restarted the league I must have chosen something different, or the patch did something, but now everything seems to be working correctly. Beyond the draft issue I had, it also was not doing free agents correctly nor was it doing any development updates. Now all of that seems to be working as it should.
