Advanced is the option during game creation.

If your save has already been created you can go to League Settings from your main League Menu drop-down.

Trade options are under "AI Settings". Development and Injuries are both under "Players & Team".

*Edit* - Sorry, missed that this was in the "Go" forum. I don't have this version and can't speak to specifically what can be edited within it. Sorry for any possible confusion.
