Thanks for reporting, I think to debug 3D movements we need a trace file. If it's happening frequently for you, could you go into the game settings and enable debug mode, then the next time you see it happen, put the app to the background, then plug in your phone into your computer and grab the trace from
\Internal storage\Android\data\com.com2us.ootpbbgo27.android .google.global.normal\files\AppData\prefs\debug
If you get the trace please make a post in the bug forum and briefly describe the movement issue so we'll know what to look for in the trace file.
