Perfect Team 27 Changes (everything from OOTP 27 desktop)
- Hall of Fame artifact cards
--- there will be 4 tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Perfect)
--- obtainable ONLY through Artifact packs
--- a pack will give you an artifact that you don't own in that tier
--- the tier chances are 75/20/4/1 %
--- you can use the artifact to boost up a Variant for 1/2/3/4 levels based on the tier
