I noticed you are on Mac OS 26.4
From some reports we've gotten, it seems like the latest Mac OS update may have broken something in the sound.
Can you check out this thread and try some of the suggested fixes there?

Also, please let us know specifically where the crashes are happening in that thread.
Your issue may also be related to facegen. If you disable Facegen in the settings, can you let us know if that avoids further crashes? Thanks
EDIT: After looking this over more, this actually looks like a facegen crash and not a sound one. We're working on figuring out what broke here from the last Mac OS update and fixing it up.
