As you can see on the changelist, there are two different DFA/release fixes here. Those should fix the vast majority of these cases.

There still seems to be a few guys getting released that shouldn't, especially for marginal players fairly soon after trades (this is better than previously, but maybe not 100% fixed). We'll keep looking at this. Things should overall be far better though.
