I will add that I found a bog-standard world_default.xml file, replaced the custom file in the database with that, and tried the import process...and it still immediately crashed.

So I strongly suspect it is something with the game versus some issue with a custom file (hence why the modded file works fine when I put it into 26).

I have Mac btw.
