He may have went to your inactive cards or reserve.. or the pack may not have opened
1. Check your Team Dropdown > Roster management and see if he is on your reesrve
2. Check Main > Manage cards to see if he is inactive. You can activate him from here to your reserve/active
3. Check if you have the littler red circle/packs still to open, the pack itself may still be there for you to choose. You have to select the card, then click submit.
You can also check are Market > Last Opened packs.. to see if it opened
