Normally, when I manually edit a player's ratings, the ratings immediately update to reflect that change. Now, it won't update unless I manually run a rescout of the league. I'm using 100% scout accuracy like I always do and I have a scout. Doesn't matter if I have it set to OSA or my scout.

Is there another setting some place?
