If you've not already done so, could be worth uploading the affected save for Sebastian to inspect the data, though judging by the inconsistencies in the occurrences it doesn't sound like a simple case of corrupt data but I'd be happy to be wrong.
Where do you have the game installed? Have you tried things like verifying the integrity of the game files on Steam from the right click action menu?

I am playing a standard game but in with edits. I have expanded the league to 40 teams, expanded the cap by 5 mil most season's to currently 150mil, edited draft classes/player.
I don't know what OneDrive is so I don't think so.
Crashes happen whenever, it could be while advancing to the next day or it could be while nothing is happening, it also happens when switching through screens. I can not replicate them so no they don't happen while doing the same action.
Yes it crashes straight to desktop everytime.
I don't know how to upload the save or where to do it either.
I have not tried to verify the file and it is installed exactly where you said on Steam and the default place in the user file on PC.
One thing to keep in mind is, I move my save file from PC to Steam Deck and back every week. It has never once crashed on the Deck. But it does crash often on PC some days, while other days not at all. I find this very odd. I also have a fresh PC build just a few months ago and do very little on that PC outside of play on Steam, talk on Discord, update my player on the SHL and browse Facebook. So it's not like there should be anything going on outside of normal operations l.
Also I only sim games i never watch them just because my Deck dose not like it so when on PC I just dont.
