Another odd thing I've been noticing is a crazy amount of mutual contract terminations. I'm in mid February of the 2030-2031 season and there must have been 20-40 so far this season. Going off memory but the 2025-26 season had a few, then each subsequent season feels like there were more and more terminations. Almost all the players are minor. Sometimes some interesting 2.5 star potential players.
I assume the AI is attempting to manage the salary cap and roster restrictions but its not very realistic.
