For the Perfect Team new PP purchase page, for Fastspring versions (ie. non-steam versions), the change is that when you go to purchase PP, you will be directed to a page where you log in to your PT account, and once the purchase is complete, the purchases will be redeemed automatically to your account. Purchasing in this way you do not need to go back and redeem the key anymore, you should get a notice when you return to your game that the purchase was applied.
For the roster changes, we focused mostly on making sure that prospects were not being aggressively released anymore, that teams will stick with draft picks for longer. We did also aim to reduce some of the minor league churn as well, hoping to reduce the amount of players that are signed and immediately released.

It does some weird things when trying to buy PP on multiple accounts: probably due to the account it's logged in on. Think you need to force a new log in when doing that for the new account.
