Go into commissioner mode and if you click "Editor" and scroll way down to the bottom, you can assign a guy to a new team. So for instance for McGuire, on a MiL deal, you would assign him to International League->Nashville Sounds (MIL)
On the right, if you are doing a ML FA signing, you can edit the contract details.
