Do I need to do this for my team as well? When it asks for the human-controlled teams as well...do I say yes or no?
Reason I ask, I hit no at first, but now I think the minor league teams IL list isn't being added to automatically. Also I don't see promotions happening even though I have it set to my assist GM to handle that.

- Enable AI teams to make moves
Game->Game settings->League Settings
Option in middle column towards bottom “Set all Computer teams to Allow AI Roster changes”
