Currently only players that are diligently observing l10's, mission bottle necks and flipping between shop and clubhouse can transact clubhouse cards to shop to convert cs to pp and help mission card seekers at the same time etc.

This process should be made easier so more managers can easily reference shop vs clubhouse value details.

Idea:
- add Buy Order Price Desc to Clubhouse sort by
- add highest bo column to clubhouse
- add clubhouse star price column to shop
- add clubhouse star price to card list csv export

Above at minimum would be really great.

Screenshot idea attached shows a little extra including conversion ratio. Possibly keep actions to specific currency.. so no get 1 on shop and no buy now on clubhouse but the info would be handy to help buyers know what they should be offering to be competitive for chance to fill and let sellers see where the opportunities are to fulfil buyers.
