Even if they're already at "Very High" a couple days leading up to the draft, I still scout them just to make sure. But somehow right after the draft nearly all other potential ratings dropped immediately

Gotcha..have you done anything either by design or by accident with settings?
I somehow.. i still swear i didn't...(but i know i must've) checked a box removing development... and on another occasion i fat-fingeredly set pitcher dev speed from 1.030 to 1030 for about 6 months before i realised!!!
