De Los Santos Earns Pacific Coast League MVP Honors
He may have had less experience than many of his
Pacific Coast League peers, but that didn’t slow
Deyvison De Los Santos in 2024. At just 21 years old, the
Reno Aces third baseman has been named the
Pacific Coast League’s Most Valuable Player after authoring one of the most dominant offensive seasons in recent league history.
De Los Santos batted .307 with a .346 on-base percentage while appearing in 135 games, collecting 177 hits, 37 doubles, three triples, 63 home runs, 136 RBI, and 111 runs scored.
De Los Santos received seven of a possible 10 first-place votes and finished with 125 total points to secure the award.
Tacoma Rainiers outfielder
Cade Marlowe placed second with three first-place votes and 100 points, while
Andy Pages of the
Oklahoma City Dodgers finished third with 85 points.
Reno placed four players among the top eight vote-getters, underscoring the club’s offensive firepower during the 2024 campaign.
