De Los Santos Earns Pacific Coast League MVP Honors

He may have had less experience than many of his Pacific Coast League peers, but that didn’t slow Deyvison De Los Santos in 2024. At just 21 years old, the Reno Aces third baseman has been named the Pacific Coast League’s Most Valuable Player after authoring one of the most dominant offensive seasons in recent league history. De Los Santos batted .307 with a .346 on-base percentage while appearing in 135 games, collecting 177 hits, 37 doubles, three triples, 63 home runs, 136 RBI, and 111 runs scored.

De Los Santos received seven of a possible 10 first-place votes and finished with 125 total points to secure the award. Tacoma Rainiers outfielder Cade Marlowe placed second with three first-place votes and 100 points, while Andy Pages of the Oklahoma City Dodgers finished third with 85 points. Reno placed four players among the top eight vote-getters, underscoring the club’s offensive firepower during the 2024 campaign.
