Jackson Jobe capped a dazzling 2024 campaign by being named the
Eastern League Outstanding Pitcher, announced Tuesday.
Jobe was dominant in 25 starts, compiling a 13-7 record with a 2.72 ERA over 162.1 innings while striking out 169 batters.
The 21-year-old was a unanimous choice for the award, receiving all 12 first-place votes.
Bowie Baysox right-hander
Garrett Stallings finished second in the balloting, while Jobe’s
SeaWolves teammate
