Melbourne Ballpark
I've been watching winter baseball this year, particularly the Melbourne Aces and Baseball United. Both make it real easy to watch the games on youtube for free. Thus, I got a very close look at their stadiums, perfect for adding them into our collection. I'll start with Melbourne Ballpark here.
This stadium is located in Altona, Victoria. Seating capacity is around 5000 which includes all the standing room and picnic areas along the sides (roughly 2200 with actual seats). Throughout its history, Melbourne Ballpark has received several significant renovations since 1990, making it the best baseball stadium in Australia by a long mile.
Interestingly, in 2012, the outfield fence was moved in by 10m to increase scoring and generate more excitement for the fans. That certainly worked wonders. I think I've seen more homeruns hit here than even Coors Field! (although it's a small sample size as I've only watched about 3 games) Current dimensions are 300 feet on each side and 370 feet in CF versus 330 and 390 before. OOTP's auto-calculation results in 1.159 HR ballpark factor which looks about right.

Backward compatibility (for OOTP25 and prior versions) -- edit the transparent Scoreboard_static.png file in the texture folder to have it cover up the dynamic scoreboard. Use my sample (Scoreboard_static_sample.png) if you don't want to make your own.
