Rework the Trading Block. The list should be dynamic. Growing before the trade deadline. Add an indication of what the team is looking for. IE Rental, Major League talent, prospects, salary dump.
Make this work now, not always show just my best player for a backup infielder.

Also, I would like to have access to reports, rosters, etc, while playing a game without having to quit the game.

I have mentioned this in the past. I would like AGM comments for all transactions, not just trades.
