I don't expect a whole lot out of the in-game features, because it is a simulation based program. What I value is the extensive statistical tracking, and incredible depth of management included.
With that said, my wish list would include 4 main things that serve to enhance the offseason and increase the duties of the general manager:
1. Revenue sharing and Luxury Tax
2. ARBITRATION! I am tired of losing players to free agency without getting compensation (draft picks). Arbitration is such a huge part of the real game so I think it would be fantastic to include it in ootp 6. This would force you to make tougher decisions when resigning players, especially because the failure to offer arbitration prevents you from negotiating with the player until may.
3. Rule 5 Draft.
4. allow the signing of foriegn stars from Japan or Cuba. This is all the rage in the MLB right now, and would be an excellent addition to ootp.

Other than my ranting to fix K's for batters which people disagree with because of the temporary solution that's been implemented in V5, these are all high on my list of priorities. Kudos to you. Keep in mind, a rule 5 draft would entail a 40 man roster and the game to keep track of playing time. Two huge things. And if you've got a 40-man roster, it would be easy to code in 15-day and 60-day DL's I would assume... and then look how close you are to real baseball.
