Not a WASHINGTON Senator, I'm fairly certain.

This image is part of a series of photo postcards being offered by eBay seller Larry Fritsch Cards. On the other side, the name "Jim Ponner" is written, but nobody named Ponner has ever played OB. I suspect that is the name of the photographer.

Another similar card offered in the set has the name "Mike Miller" on the reverse, but as the image contains the names of several upstate NY locations on a fence (Owasco, Franklin, Finger Lakes, Cayuga), I suspect that these players played for the Geneva Senators, Washington's farm in the NY-Penn league during the final pre-Texas years of the franchise.
