I didn’t mean to imply the modifiers turn off. The intended noun was guardrails. So whatever they are as you begin, call it, baseline starting modifiers… doesn’t correct. They just are what they are. The OP sounded like he wanted an unchanged baseline from which his wacky world of invented (and real) players could play. That sounded like a no guardrail world to me. That was all I meant.
