i like the concept, from a standpoint of at least having an option, some lever as a manager to try and pull to rectify a psychological issue, recover from a poor loss or try and improve upon a character flaw.
I have a guy in my minors who but for a lousy work ethic looks like he could be a great ball player. We have a dev lab to try and improve physical abilities, why not have some avenue available as you suggest to have a go at trying to fix the problems or unlock the positive capabilities that exist above the shoulders.
Nice suggestion.
