The responses are appreciated but do not address the original question. I know I can manually select the all-stars -- that's different than what is being asked. I signed a pitcher out of Japan and he is dominating the AL (8-0, 1.61), leads AL pitchers in wins, WAR, and is third in SO, 3rd in IP despite my using a 6-man rotation. My #6 starter is 2-3 with an ERA above 5, and appears on the ballot. My #3 (6-2, 3.60), my #5 (6-4, 3.67) do NOT appear on the ballot, despite working more innings than the #6. So, the question, STILL (if anyone from OOTP is actually monitoring this thread) is how can I add a player to the all-star ballot, or, failing that, write that player in?
This seems to be one of the many, obvious, simple fixes that would greatly improve the game.
