Does anyone know how the realized gains and losses change? [\(See Pic\)](
https://imgur.com/a/6zzTY0r) Can they change by development program? This player has a pitching coach that is also outstanding dev/teaching pitching, why are there losses? I even toyed around and maxed out the players IQ/Work Ethic, and the coach's favorable for prospects stats and it still doesnt change. Do I need thme in the excellent working relationship category?
